Join us for a lively discussion of carving tools. We'll discuss the merits of different shapes and brands from Traditional Japanese lines to Two Cherries and Murphy Carving tools. We'll present you with a few of our favorite accessories and why you might not need them at all -- sometimes less is more and carving is often one of those cases. We'll discuss steel selection as well as general use. We'll even show you the first two tools to get if you are thinking of starting to carve or whittle or know someone who is.
