This Santoku Style Kitchen knife is the typical shape and size but it is unique because of the beautiful bubinga wood handle and sheath. Santoku-style knives are similar to chef knives in shape and style. The term santoku mean "three uses" and is in reference to slicing, diving and mincing that can be dones well with this knife.
This knife has a stainless steel blade which will not rust easily. It is not dishwasher safe and should be washed and dried immediately after use.
