DESCRIPTION
Hori-Hori actually means small digging tool in Japanese, and it is also referred to as a garden knife. This is an essential tool for any gardener's tool bag. It's wonderful for digging deep-rooted weeds, planting bulbs, and bedding plants. The saw teeth will cut through tough roots and branches. The front of the blade is shaped like the tip of a shovel while the back is beveled and could be sharpened to put more of a cutting edge on it.

The blade is forged from high-carbon tool steel and tempered for heavy use. The handle is beech and attached to the blade with two stainless-steel rivets. A synthetic scabbard with belt loop comes with the knife for easy carrying as you work.

Blade Width: 1-3/4-inch
Blade Length: 6-1/2-inches
Overall Length: 11-1/2-inches
