Our campus offices, shop, and Shelter Tools store hours are:

Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday 9:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Design consultations are by appointment only.

We're closed on:
New Years Day
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the day after
Christmas Day

In addition, our wooded campus in Woolwich, Maine is sometimes closed during winter snow storms or without power during inclement weather. If these conditions exist, please call ahead. We want to assure the safety of our staff and customers.
