Oh, the sweet relief of a sauna. I grew up in a warm and arid climate, so I didn't experience the pleasures of a sauna until I sat in the sauna my father-in-law built. He lives in frigid Northern Wisconsin where it's necessary in the winter to restore heat to internal organs. In the summer, after a cruise (or abuse) around the lake water skiing, a sauna is a great way to undo muscle fatigue.
